I cut this piece out for elevated dog dishes. As you can see, FireControl shows rounded edges (as did Fusion 360). But it cut two round and two with some weird angle.
Was the angle cut the last corner cut? Looks like one of the lead screws came loose.
No, if you look it did the same thing to two opposite corners.
I noticed that after I replied. Did you figure out what was going on?
Looks like X Axis motor coupler slippage.
