Tried to cut a piece that is symmetrical on both sides…each side measured exactly as the other side. Checked the distance in fusion and everything is perfect… when I go to cut the piece out. It’s a little more than a 1/16” off on o e side. New nozzle and new electrode. So don’t know what it could be??? Don’t know where to go from here…
Might be your lead screw couplings are loose.
I have the exact same issue. Did you ever come up with a fix?
