Water effects on electrode

Water effects
So I’ve been cutting with pro and Primeweld cut60 for a couple years. Have several water traps. 60’ 3/4” copper pipe and have not had water issues while cutting until a few days ago.
Decided to cut on. Very humid day thinking system would keep up. Didn’t happen
Pictures is result of water in air going to machine torch.

I have the same setup Pro + Cut 60. I had some water issues at one point and I thought I’d add a shot showing the internal arcing I was seeing in the tip due to water shorting to the electrode:

these are only useful right after a compressor to catch WATER…what you have is MOISTURE…big differance…
you need to remove moisture and to do that a refrigerated dryer works wonders…and desiccant beads to monitor the moisture being removed…
here is my system…

went from 500 pierces to over 1500 with this…
