Now using the voltage check guide and I am totally lost here, electricity is not something I have any knowledge of.
I have the razor 45 and thought it was plug and play. any suggestions…
I did manage to make a straight 3" cut manually
is the VIM box set up like this? DIV IN to DIV OUT
also, does the top right in firecontrol show both as green?

did not pass the live voltage test,
I don’t remember what the results were but I know I got to flag 4 and that’s where I got stuck.
Is there a way to find those results in a history somewhere maybe ?
Seems it was reading zero.
tried to run the voltage test again and is 0.0 at resting and will not fire the torch when I push the red FIRE TORCH button.
turned all off, checked all connections, re-started and still nothing.
If it won’t fire from the Torch fire button, switch the Torch fire and divided voltage cables on the front of the plasma cutter.
The ports on the front of the Razorweld have been switched back and forth to the point that no one knows which is which.
I’ve tried it both ways and get Error you did not press the ARC IS ON button try again now I can’t get it to straight cut or fire or anything.
