USB connection issues. Table ran great for 2 years then out of nowhere firecontrol won’t connect to the table. I have clean everything, replaced the cable, tried a different laptop, uninstalled and installed firecontrol. Nothing seems to help. I get a yellow flashing light when use is plugged in on the table (D23 indicates usb connection issue). What should I do next?
You potentially might need a board if it is no longer accepting USB signal. If you’ve tried a new cable and a new computer it starts pointing towards the electronics in the langmuir enclosure.

Yes it was the USB port on the machine. A new one was sent and it lasted about a year. It literally just went out again last night. In process of trying to get another new one.

Pictures of the USB port? I wonder if a solder joint broke or something.
Could easily fix it within seconds if that’s the case.
