Uploading Fusion 360 program into fire control

when unloading a program into firecontrol to cut it’s not showing up in the view box, and it’s not allowing me to set program origin. I am seeing the G-Code in the box but nothing in the view box where the cross hairs are to monitor your cutting progress. Any suggestions?

May you post a block of the first part of the code you’re using . Maybe there’s something we can see it’s causing your issues.

Is this the first file that you’ve made for our control?

Maybe your visualizer is turned off. Top left corner. Make sure it’s checked.
