I’m looking to upgrade to the machine torch for my crossfire pro. Running razorweld 45 with hand torch. I’m wanting to make sure the machine torch uses the same consumables as the hand torch . I have a bunch of consumables so don’t wanna have to buy a bunch of new ones.
Also wondering if it’s really worth the upgrade for cut quality.

What plasma cutter do you have and what torch is on it now.

The razor weld 45. I believe it’s the newer hand torch that comes with it. I’ve actually bought consumables from you last year for it. Got some finecut tips and normal tips from you.
A X45 machine torch is nice because you can make sure it is plumb both ways, easier to change consumables and less weight hanging off to one side of the z axes. The one Langmuir sells is not bad.
Does it take the same consumables?
Only reason I haven’t bought yet. I got a good amount of consumables right now so don’t wanna have to buy a bunch more.
