Updates on Titan 25 Ship Dates?

I was surprised how quickly it shipped and was delivered to Nebraska. Maybe you’ll be happily surprised too.

Got tracking info that it was picked up. Missing quite a bit from the order. Most tooling and CNC backgauge not included. Got a feeling its gonna sit in the box till the rest is available/delivered.

I have had mine for a couple of weeks. Just got shipping confirmation for the backgauge. Told 3-4 more weeks for most of my tooling.

Order # 69576
Just got the email to pay up.

Just went with a range of 1", 2" and 4" dies and punches. Will buy larger if needed.
All other bells and whistles, plus shipping…

Evidently TX to WA is all up hill and very slow. In as many days, it has slid equally. Outside of the back guage, tooling is not a concern for me as it is available just about everywhere but would prefer to get the stuff at the original. I paid for the batch batch so I will hold out for those. I think I want to get tooling as needed for the projects and I found 1/2" suppliers for many options at 36" lengths and i can cut those down to 33"

looking through all the upgrades, updates and issues folks have shared. Making plans to begin fixes and address ahead of time. Tracking shows this unit of mine along the path between TX and WA. The place it is going to has a whole 1 star for reviews and a lot of angry folks so I am sure this is going to go off with no issues. not even sure how this is gonna work. support wise. resolves to who handles what. patiently waiting and hoping I can at least add a few stars to this shipper but who knows? tracking says 1300 pounds.

@PlasmaWorx Robert, are you worried about when it will ship? Now you’re stressing about shipping. It’s going to be ok, my friend.

It is in route, I am good with that part. It looks like the destination hub might be a surprise. I googled the address and it has like 23 reviews and everyone of them since 2020 is a 1 star about all kinds of horror stories. The date keeps shifting but every update shows it getting closer and eventually it will be sitting on a dock awaiting a lift gate truck to drop of “curbside”

looking at all the updates/upgrades I am actually looking forward to designing my version of the following.
The stops not designed into the shelf rails
The redesign of the arms
The making of a 1 piece 4 way holder rather than several segments
The rest of my order showing up…
Trying out the laminated method of tools

… but honestly, I am also considering selling it before it comes out of the box if the offer is solid. So that is an option also. Glad I didn’t get the plasma table as I wanted. easier to have sendcutsend just drop the order off at the house. I got enough “troubleshooting” going on to add yet another distraction.

yeah, I am a little unmotivated at this point.

Mine works perfectly. I’m sure you will get some bites if you decide to sell it.
Each of the material supports has a cam lock. They have never fallen off. I move them to the side and lock them in place. As for the die holders, I bought enough to do the whole rail and machined the last one with the mill to fit. They don’t move at all. In fact, you will have to work at getting one to come off if you need it removed. Some of these guys love modifying stuff. And some of them do a fantastic job. You make it the way you like it. I guess I’m saying it will work and make money just like it is. The bottom tool storage is a great idea. And I think the whole thing needs to be 8 inches taller. I’m 6’3 and don’t like bending over the entire time. But that is my only complaint.

Just got the email to order! I’m #69615. FYI - if you are wanting to do local pick up they have to do a custom invoice. There isn’t an option on their checkout/website to do local pickup, unfortunately. I’m waiting on the invoice, then will pay! No word on the wait time after payment is made.

It has arrived. Cnc portion is scheduled via fedex at weeks end. Today has been a long wait. Has anyone actually done the engine stand method?

It was awkward but we managed.

I know for a fact a John Deere 3025e can lift it no problem using the grapples. Made it easy to set on the stand.

I can also say a Challenger E10 car lift comes up 5" short. That was a bummer.

Just paid! Will update when I get a “ready for pick up” date. I got all add ons except for the transformer, and went minimalist on the punch & dies until I get a grip on what I actually need. I live in houston, so perhaps I find a local place for used punches/dies in an auction by the time I know what I’m needing.

Just cant see how you got from picture 1 to picture 2. Looks like hoist legs are in the way. Please explain.

He probably just removed the angle iron that’s going across the legs and than put it on the stand.
There a lot of steps between those two pics

I have that same lift and spreader now. Will try it this weekend. the boom looks like it will have to be all the way out to the 1/2 ton pin to be able to set on the stand as the stand wont fit fully even side ways between the legs. YES the angle bars must be removed as there are 4 little brackets that go in thier place.

A heavy duty eye bolt in the ceiling joist and a chain hoist can help you with the other side if your lift has leg beams that are too close together like I had to deal with. (try to ignore the mess, I’ve got a 4 stall garage worth of stuff in a 2 stall garage) A buddy helping is also recommended, it just so happens my buddy was needed anyway because he’s the man with the engine hoist.

Got it! Drove an hour to Langmuir, met the President and more of the staff (great folks!), the drove it back and unboxed in the shop. Some of the tooling is not in stock, but got enough to at least learn the machine. For what it’s worth, my machine looks to be #300.
