Anybody else have this issue? I just updated my firmware for my Crossfire pro today and now my machine wont move. I’ve tried shutting it off and back on, unplugging it, and all the normal routines. Any ideas?
Likely there is something wrong with the USB cable from the computer to the enclosure. With the computer connected, do you see any green light within the enclosure? (It will be illuminating from one of the cards in the enclosure: not an external light)
Does Firecontrol connect?
Are you seeing movement on the screen, but no table movement?
I think I ran into something similar with incompatible fw/sw. I updated fire control & it wouldn’t run the table, then I updated the firmware and power cycled everything & all was well again.

Yeah I had everything working, did the update and then nothing. Shut down, restarted, redownloaded update and now works great. Nothing like getting mad, walking away, coming back and presto changeo it works. lol
