I suggest to use the latest version.
For what itâs worth, the latest version seems to have helped with an issue I had where the torch wouldnât fire randomly. I did notice that with my old POS toshiba laptop the GUI seems a bit more sluggish, but it runs the cuts just fine.

Just downloaded fire control for the first time using the website link. After downloading it immediately said there is an update so I completed the update. I noticed the old version stayed on my desktop and the update created a whole new shortcut icon. Then when I created the high priority short cut I now have a third desktop icon. Can I just delete the oldest version one and do I now use the one with the P âpriorityâ?
I would save the old version until youâre sure thereâs no bugs in new one. I have both as well. This is just my opinion. I deleted mine and a guy out here gave me the link for older version to add back on. Just in case??
