I am at the part where I need to install the lastest graphics drivers for the MC4000. I have followed the directions and even signed up for Intel. After I allow for them to search and updated drivers. I am sent to a support page with nothing on it. Am I missing something. I am not getting the same picture examples as in the build instructions when installing drivers. I know times change but if anyone know how to solve this issue it would be appreciated! I even when ahead and installed fire control and open it just to be told my graphics drivers are out of date.
Why are you trying to upgrade the graphics on an MC4000? Are you trying to use it to run Fusion?

You shouldn’t need to update the graphics driver for firecontrol at the moment with the computers we currently have. If you are having problems that could stem from a bad graphics driver, shoot us an email to support@langmuirsystems.com

Thats what the instructions are telling me to do. Saying I need to hit the hyperlink and updated the graphics drivers. So I followed the steps after it was done I didnt get any following setup wizard. When I installed fire control and then opened it, it said I needed to updated the graphics drivers. I know I just repeated what I originally messaged but that where im ar right now. Maybe I did something wrong.

Sam will take care of you. I thought you were trying to run Fusion on it. My bad. It has happened before.

Thank you everyone who tried to help. Langmuir reached out and jumped on my system and my pc controller was not supported by Intel. Thats why I couldn’t installed what I needed. Langmuir is sending me the pc controller I need so I can finish up and get to using my table.
