I’ve had my Cross Fire for about 3 years and just getting around to setting it up. I getting unfinished cuts and I have no idea where to begin to try and correct it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What’s your delay set to?
If you are referring to the pierce delay its at 0 secs. Should that be increased.
Howdy Chuck… Yes, Jim is right on with this one!! Increase your pierce delay to .5 sec for starters and adjust from there depending on your settings like amperage/IPM/etc… Let us know with pics how that changes things for you on some test cuts of the same type/size…
Thank you gentlemen the pierce delay solved the problem. Sorry no pictures because the metal warped and the torch started dragging and destroyed the piece.
