Did anyone have an issue with the touchscreen monitor not responding to finger touch ?
I tried calibrating it in windows but it didn’t recognize anything in the center and on the bottom of the screen.

you do know you have phone support with the XR right?
Just want to double check that you have the USB cable plugged in from the pc to the touchscreen. If it is then something else is wrong- give tech support a call and they will troubleshoot with you (and replace if needed).

I called customer service but was greeted with a voice mail. Left a message but didn’t receive a call back, it has been a couple of days…
Did you call XR specific tech support? Let me know, I’ll talk to Cameron and tell him he needs to reach out to you.

That is correct, I called it XR support, immediately was prompted to leave a message, thank you for your help.
I called it during business hours.
