Torch not firing with new wire

hello, I received my new plug wire from the razorweld 45 to the systems box. for torch on and off switch.
my question is on the razorweld their are 2 plugs, which side do i use? outside or inside,
my torch is not firing. thanks

Try either one, one of them should work.

so actually i have, the torch is not firing and no air coming out either.
at one time i was having issues with the torch not firing but air would still come out,
now i have nothing

If I’m not mistaken, with the RazorWeld Cut45, the torch on/off is a 2 pin connector. In my case on the outer right (looking at the front). A valid verification would be to see if the torch will attempt to fire if you bridge those two pins. (Please have the torch in a safe location first!) If not try the other plug and bridge again. If neither are attempting to fire, there’s something other than the cable wrong.
