Torch not firing after a year of use

Put an air pressure gauge on the back of your plasma cutter to be sure you have at least 75 psi.

Try this electrode movement:

Check all your wiring for loose connections. Perhaps someone inadvertently unplugged and plugged a wire in an incorrect spot.

Can you fire the torch manually? Attach another torch (perhaps a hand torch) and see if you can get it to fire.

When you do a test fire with FireControl, do you hear the click in the enclosure box? If so, trace the torch on/off lead looking for any damage to the cable.
