Torch not firing after a year of use

Hey everyone, had the crossfire 2x2 with everlast 62i cutting with Mach 3 for about a year now. Been using it for random tabs and such with no issues at all. Went to cut a few parts out today and all of a sudden the torch won’t fire. I’m getting no codes, I’ve read endless forums and websites and have had no luck. I’m at a loss. It started where it was a small section of my cut path this morning, it would start fine and half way through no arc or air then a second later the air relay kicks on and the arc is back. After hours of trying different amperage’s, air pressures and checking all consumable it now won’t cut anything at all. I design on fusion 360 and then to Mach 3 to cut. I’m not sure where my problem lies if it’s a software issue, table issue (used table that I have) or plasma cutter issue. I found one forum saying something about an air solenoid spring getting weak causing this issue? Don’t want to start tearing into the machine without getting some more advice first. Any help is greatly appreciated as I’m at a stand still with this. Have also tried multiple computers and the problem occurs with all of them.

Put an air pressure gauge on the back of your plasma cutter to be sure you have at least 75 psi.

Try this electrode movement:

Check all your wiring for loose connections. Perhaps someone inadvertently unplugged and plugged a wire in an incorrect spot.

Can you fire the torch manually? Attach another torch (perhaps a hand torch) and see if you can get it to fire.

When you do a test fire with FireControl, do you hear the click in the enclosure box? If so, trace the torch on/off lead looking for any damage to the cable.

Air solenoid is not going to cause it to stop firing mid cut. It will prevent it from firing again during the post flow, but it won’t stop it once the torch is firing.

Your issue sounds more like an issue with the torch on/off wiring or a bad relay for the torch on/off circuit.

Ok I will try and get ahold of everlast. We don’t run the voltage box with it was never told to?

David is referring to the relay in the enclosure on the table: That would be a part needed from Langmuir.

That is my mistake. You would only use the VIM box if you had THC.
