Just watched a video from LowRider on making a torch mount. It was a nice mount, but was mounted to the torch wrong. You never mount to the torch head, only the torch barrel. Mounting to the torch head can and has caused a lot of trouble with the torch plunger sticking and misfires if its to small or over tightened.
