Thank you, I figured. I am currently chatting with langmuir support team, we will get this figured out. I know its not the settings that I have in the cut program cause I have already cut this part out before.

Thank you all for your ideas, I did find out that my generator that I was using decided that it would not put out like it used to. I borrowed a gen from my day job which was a little more powerful and I was back to cutting with the new razorweld. Ordered a new gen, bad time to order it with the weather here on the east coast but it should come in about a month from now.
