Torch fired using Mach3 manually - but won't fire with Gcode OR manually anymore

Hi all

We had our HyperThemr45 torch firing and making cuts by driving Mach3 manually. Pressing F5 or the button turned the torch on then we transited using arrow keys or interface - all good.

We then made gcode using a dxf from Fireshare, Fusion360 and the Langmuir tutorial, loaded it to mach3 and the program started running - but without the torch firing.

We then tried testing the torch with F5/button but no torch.

The torch itself works fine with the trigger button on the torch itself

Reinstalled Mach3, reset it, restarted all components but still no torch via Mach3.

Any tips?

This sounds similar to what I’m experiencing. I cut my first pieces and everything worked great. The next day everything runs the same but torch doesn’t fire. I’m running Hypertherm 45 and a 2x2 table. I’m you
I going to draw a simple square and start the entire process over. I’m sure I’m just missing something on day 2.
