I just realized something, I don’t know if anyone else did and I’m just late to the game. One of your pictures said paused to let pressure build…. How small is your compressor?
I did that once just in case air pressure was the problem. It does not seem to be. The Primeweld CUT60 charts call for 55psi for 11ga but a tech from Primeweld said to go a little higher with the machine torch. I was running I did increase the pressure a little so it was cutting at 60psi. I’ve since increased it to cutting at 70psi. It stays at the pressure and the compressor can keep it there while it is running.
