Short video decribing the problem. I bought the plasma in the kit with the PRO. The cable that plugs into the plasma cutter will not snap into place.

I wonder if there is a small bit a debris in the connector. I would blast it with air. If that doesn’t work, insert a fine, stiff wire in each hole and move it around. Blast with air again.
The last thing I would try is a bit on lubrication on the ball bearing (WD-40) on a q-tip.
I will give that a shot. Dead in the water until I get that plugged in. Thanks for the suggestion. It will take me a couple days to get back to it but I will update if that worked.
Took sometime but I figured it out.
Wrong plug on the wire. The plug is a couple millimeters to long. The priper plug also has a bevel on the outside and the plug on the connextor has a bevel on the inside.
