I could very well be missing information but I am wondering if the XR has some type of torch magnetic breakaway on the head or how is this protected outside of the THC?
There is no magnetic breakaway and no proximity sensor. A few folks have some shop-made stuff in the works I believe. We use the pendent and watch the cut. Can pause very quickly.
Mag/proximity would have been a nice upgrade option but not sure the take rate would make any sense for Langmuir. They are moving up market in an orderly way I think.
