I ran the simulated toolpath on Fusion 360 and it all checks out. When uploading to FireControl, toolpath also looks correct. Once I perform a dry run on the second cut it overlaps the previous cut!? Am I missing something?!?!
Solved. Turns out my X axis was binding. Re aligned the X axis ball screw and squared the Z axis again. I was getting bad bevels on my cuts. I was able to cut some 1/4" beautifully.
