Tons of errors in assembly instructions

1. no wire mesh door seal but 4 bags of peel and stick foam? Did I get the wrong stuff or was this a change?

2. no pilot holes for my latches? Do I just wing it and install them myself.

I replaced my door gasket with one from McMaster-Carr. I drilled and pop riveted it onto the door. It’s not asbestos, but a super high-heat oven seal with a 3/4 inch tab sewn in. It works perfectly and doesn’t fall off.
