Ive got a new titanium plasma 65 with a factory itp65 torch.
I was wanting to replace it with a machine torch.
The machine torch i have only has 4 pins.
1 & 2 are the trigger and 5 & 6 are pilot arc
8 & 9 are missing.
The missing pins are the safety or cup pins.
Will this work without those pins or is there a workaround?

Does the machine torch HAVE a trigger switch on it? You don’t need this on a Crossfire system as the the controller triggers the firing. Your Plasma cutter might need the Cup sensor, however, and it seems the torch itself would have this instead of trigger signals.
It may be that the machine torch is wired to those pins, but, with only 4 wires, the reasonable pins are pilot arc and cup sensor. We have a knowledgeable guy, @mechanic416 and, I think @rat196426 uses a Titanium Cutter. Hopefully they can add to this.
You do not need trigger wires unless you do not have a cnc port then you would need them to fire the torch. If your plasma cutter has a safety then you may need those pins or the plasma cutter will not work. I would contact the seller for advice on how they wired it.

What machine torch you plan on purchasing?
He already has a machine torch and its wired wrong. He didn’t get it from me so my guess would be he got it from Plasmadyn.
