Harbor Freight Titanium 65 — has anyone successfully replaced the stock 90° handheld torch with a Tecmo/PT60/PT65-style hand torch while keeping the cup-safety circuit functional?

I’m looking for the exact torch model, connector/pinout, and what you did to prevent the F03 safety fault.

I’m fine repinning the connector or adapting the internal brass fitting. I’m specifically trying to gain access to long drag tips and gouging consumables without spending $300–$400 on a replacement torch.

Looking for somebody who has actually done it.
