Titan 25T Screen says no signal

Hey everybody! Received my 25T and it all put together.

Turned it on for the first time, and it booted right up. Saw Bend Control screen, awesome! Installed backgauge components, now I just have to square it up and zero/home it.

Welp, turned it on and now my screen says no signal. Went on the boards and pulled out the SD card, etc.

Nothing.

Turned to Langmuir support(awesome BTW) and started checking voltages. So a new power supply, and new Orange Pi later, they are both installed.

Double checked all connections. Made sure everything was connected, and still getting no signal. Hooked up an external monitor, and same message, no signal.

Any one out there have any insight as to what could possibly be wrong, or why I could have done wrong?

I know in the grand scheme of things, I’ll have it running, but frustration is setting in.

Thank you all in advance,

Richard Muñoz

This is very strange since we double checked that your Orange Pi was getting the correct voltage input. Is your OrangePi CPU lit up? Does it have a red light on it glowing?

If not then the power cable on the BUC converter is probably bad somehow. If it is does have the indicator light lit then your HDMI cable is bad. I would try swapping out your HDMI cable. I could send you replacements for either cable. Could you take a picture of the top of your CPU? I’ve also sent you a support email so you can respond there as well. Let me know what you find.

Sam, the board is not lighting up. I get the 5V from the output terminal, but it’s not lighting up. On a whim, I got the old board, plugged a USB C, and that one turned on a red first, and then a green led came on simultaneously with the red led on as well.
Can I pick up an
LSPB25-95-19 cable up online or so? Also, don’t know how to test that cable. I took out the cable and held the two plugs together, and had continuity to the outside of the usb, then one at a time to the outside. One had continuity, the other did not. I noticed the LSPB cable at the usb connector was loose.

Looks like I have a problem similar to this topic. See attachments.

Machine is Titan 25T

Serial number 10374

Lightly used machine for custom parts as a hobbyist. Haven’t used it in about 2 or 3 months. Turned it on, and it struggled, so I rebooted, and it ran fine. Went to use it about a week later, and nothing. Just a black screen with an icon that says “No Signal” that disappears in about 10 seconds.

Used some of the other posts for troubleshooting, and this is what I came up with.

I’m stuck. Let me know if I missed something you need to troubleshoot.

Looking at the age of your machine, it looks like you are probably on the old patch which was causing SD card corruption issues. You can probably skip to step 3 of this troubleshooting guide.

  1. Check if all three cables (USB, HDMI, and power) for the touchscreen are plugged in. Test that, and turn it on to see if that fixes the issue. If not, go to step 2.

  2. If you remove the Micro SD card from the CPU and turn the machine on, does a bright “ORANGE PI” logo appear on the screen? If it does, then you will need to re-etch your SD card. Go to step 3. If you see “No Signal” again, go back to step 1 and double check your cables.
The location for the SD card is here:

  3. To fix your boot up problems if you see the ORANGE PI logo, you will need to re-install the latest update of bendcontrol onto your machine.

If it does not work, you can use your own SD card as long as it has 60GB memory and 100MB/s read speed. Alternatively, if you cannot complete the above process or it does not work for whatever reason, let me know and I can get a new SD card with the program pre-etched to your location so you can just plug it in to work.

I hope that helps!
