Here is some 1/8 T6061 and 3000 series aluminum bent in perfect 90°. The 6061 doesn’t like to be bent but I using scrapes right now. The 6061 didn’t crack but fractured a little. Edit: I hope that is what you wanted. It seems to lose the continuity in this thread. Hopefully people will catch on. I was surprised that it does not leave a breadcrumb. Maybe I should have moved them one at a time.
