Need your live voltage numbers while cutting.
ensure the usb cable from your laptop to the control box is not touching any other wires and is not near any other wires.
I could make my machine freeze by crossing the work clamp over the usb cable.

usb comes out and does not cross and other wires work clamp is no where near it

Try another computer. EMI could be affecting the laptop. You have done everything that I would recommend so far. An example is that my powder-coat gun will turn off my desktop computer screens while using it. I let go of the trigger, and they come back on. EMI is like Voodoo.

I’m a little unsure what we are troubleshooting now. Consumable life still, or random freezing and not passing the THC test?
I will say, your air setup looks a little restrictive. Generally it’s discouraged to have two of those there stage manifolds and regulators. I can’t tell from looking at it what the status of your desiccant beads is either. A motor guard filter is always recommended as the last stage as well.
Looking more at what you’re cutting, the over all size, all the pierces, and what you got out of your consumables, maybe that is reasonable. Maybe, I’m not sure without watching everything and seeing the consumables.

i don’t know how i am restrictive my air from my compressor to my dryer is 1/2 line then to a 3/4 silica dryer / regulator set to 120psi back to a 3/4 lines for the shop then the line going to my silica dryer / regulator 3/8 psi is set to 80 the 3/8 line to the cutter
there are no fittings all screwed in
You should be able to read what’s on the cartridge directly from the machine.
But if you want to use that you’re going to have to download the app and then hold the cartridge very near your phone where your NFC reader is.
Beats me then. But I’d ditch the second regulator/manifold setup if it were me, and you do need a motor guard filter right prior to the cutter. Other than that, no clue what else is going on. Let’s pictures of the cartridges that you’ve replaced. Maybe your overall lifespan isn’t too far off.
