I have a thermal dynamics cutmaster 39 everytime I go to cut on my x fire the torch ignites but dont move it just freezes up. Is my machine messing with the table electrical? Everything I can find says it’s a 50-60 hz machine

Hi,

This can typically occur when the plasma cutter is located in close proximity to the electronics box or the laptop. Try distancing the plasma cutter as far as your cables will allow from the electronics/PC.

If that doesn’t work let us know.

I replaced the USB cable and that solved my issues.
