The axis arm won't move in the X or Y direction when jogging

We have not used our machine since we purchased it prior to Covid. When attempting to jog the machine. There is no movement at all. Any thoughts?

Do the green lights in the top right hand of the fire control screen light up to tell you that your USB is connected to the electronics enclosure?

Or is your machine running Mach 3?

Mach 3. Only light I see is the on/off light

Are you sure you should be on Mach3…or is it a newer table that needs Fircontrol?

It is a newer model.

I think you’re going to need to run your machine with firecontrol if it’s a newer one.
