Has anyone used the lotos5500d on the crossfire with THC? Im having no luck figuring out the way to connect it.
Do you have the CPC model that has the divided voltage coming off the machine?
You might start reading this topic at this post and beyond. Apparently, there is a conflict with the power supply of the LTP5500D when used with Raw voltage.

I do use the LTP5500D CNC but not with FireControl box. I have the Original Crossfire 2x2 with a third party THC controller (THC3T) that I added. I use the CNC connector coming out of the rear of the LTP5500D and connect it to the 50:1 analog input of the THC3T.
I have NEVER had an issue with noise. Works great.
And because I like @Bigdaddy2166 so much, I’ll also point out that I also added Limit Switches and they work great!
