Hey guys I’ve been using my CF Pro since January and it would always cut fine but I didnt use it for about a month and all of the sudden it is having issues. It cuts for about an inch then cuts out and says the voltage is lost and to check the ground, and heights-- which were all to spec. I tried adjusting settings and still nothing so I’m kind of stuck right now… anybody have any thoughts on what could be wrong? Thanks
Forgot to add that I’m using a Hypertherm 45
Sounds like the pilot arc is not transferring to the positive work clamp through your material. Are you clamping directly to your material?
Yes-- got it fixed one of my guys must have changed the pressure form my air compressor.
