THC- unable to connect (solved)

I recently purchased a CrossFire Pro and have the Razorweld 45 with hand torch. Everything works but the THC will not connect. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you downloaded the driver’s?

This is usually a driver issue. The instructions say that your computer will automatically install the drivers, but that isn’t the case for most users. The driver is available for download in the support section of the Langmuir main page.

Thank you so much @Phillipw and @ds690. I was following the instructions that stated the driver would automatically download so that is probably why. I will try that today and see if that is the fix. Thank you again for taking the time to help!
