Hey guys , I’ve had my XR for a couple months now and just getting around to firing it up … so I’ve ran my THC test the steps claim it the torch head should fire … it’s not so not sure what the issue could be , it doesn’t give me an option to click NOT FIRING … I’ve got a cut 60 hooked to it if that helps
Welcome to the forum. I’ve moved your post to the XR category, which may help, but, also, you should be aware that, with the XR, there is a special support line you can call (although Friday afternoon probably won’t help much… They are Mon-Fri support.) Notifying @langmuir-cameron just in case…
