Did you do what it says? Disconnect the IHS cable and run the test again to see if that resolves the issue. If so, contact support fit assistance.

Yes we did what it said but it did not fix the issue and do you know what the voltage is supposed to be
Resting voltage should be zero. Sometimes mine has between 1 and 3 volts of phantom voltage from metal dust in the Z axis.
I had higher readings once and moving the ground (work) cable away from the USB cable fixed it.
Do you have a laptop on a stand that’s attached to the table? That can cause problems like this unless the laptop is isolated by a rubber mat. You also can’t have the laptop plugged in or it will cause problems.
