So we were working on getting are torch height controler working and in the process we could fire the torch at first but now the torch wont even fire anymore
Is your air turned on? Is the torch on/off cable plugged in? Its easy to step on that cable and break off the connector.

Move the clamp above the torch firing mechanism.
An internal plunger need to move freely inside to fire torch.

You have the bottom clamp on the torch firing barrel. Loosen the torch bracket move it above the illustration I sent you.

Also make sure your work clamp is in the sheet of metal.

Inside the barrel of the torch is a plunger that need to move freely to start the arc.
By clamping it where you have it will make the plunger hang up inside. Take off the nozzle shield cap and you should be able to push up the electrode with your finger. It should snap right back down in place.

How are you testing THC voltage with nothing plugged into the THC port? There should be a wire going from the PV out on the VIM box to the THC port on the control box.

Is that 1/4 plate? 46 ipm at 50 amps. 06 cut height and. 16 Pierce height. . 09 delay

Around 100 ipm. 07 delay 40 amps. 06 cut height. . 16 Pierce height.
I do not normally cut thin stuff but those numbers are close.
