A friend printed the shield replacement style indicator tip but the PLA is too tough for the retaining cap threads to cut themselves into it (I’ll admit I didn’t heat it up before trying).
I was wondering if anyone can measure, or knows what the threads are on the inside of the shield/ outside of the retaining cap? I’d like to just have the threads printed right into it for better alignment vs. relying on the threads cutting themselves and possibly being off. I don’t currently have a caliper, lost it in the move, sigh…
