I’m trying to buy some parts (new door windows, ER20 collet set, and another pair of door magnets) through the support ticket form but every time I submit it freezes and gives me an error. Anyone know how else to get my order into langmuir?

I had the same trouble yesterday and reported it to them. I had to email them directly (support@langmuir…)
