One of my biggest complaints for fusion is not having weldments feature like solid works. I recently found this app/add-in that does do this. It is not as good as the solid works but it is super handy for small angle frames and simple hand rail and tube projects. I am not sure if it works with the free version and does require a yearly $25 subscription. It will export cut list to excel in mm but is easily converted to inches for those who use imperial. Here is a simple 12x12 sketch converted to angle frame with Mitter corners and cut list done in about 2 minutes.
