So I fired everything up last night after getting the machine up on the stand and the grommets installed on the hydraulic tank. Nothing out of the ordinary, except the machine wouldn’t turn on using the step up transformer. I did switch it for 110v input before connecting it, and do get the light under the power switch, but the green power light doesn’t turn on.
Has anyone else ordered the transformer, and if so did you have any issues? I checked the fuse in the transformer and it’s good, and the machine runs on 220v, so I know the machine is good.
Hi MrHaNkBoT,
Some of the input labels on the transformers we got from our supplier were wrong. We’ve done our best to put stickers over the incorrect labels, but yours might not have had one. Just flip the switch to the 220v input side which is actually the 110v input and it should work fine.

Yup, sure enough that took care of it. I just wasn’t going to try it without being told to because I’ve burned up a computer power supply before by forgetting to switch it back to the correct voltage.
Now to find my paint markers and relabel the switch.
Are you aware of any performance differences between being plugged into 220v vs using the transformer to run the machine?

No, I am not aware of any performance differences - in theory they should be extremely similar.
