First attempt using stainless. Picked up a remnant with PVC coating on one side, so I tried to avoid causing blemishes. 16 GA, not sure the alloy as it wasn’t marked. Had the previously noted issues getting a clean cut, so lots of hand finishing afterward. Razorweld 45 @ 30 amps, 130 ipm. Cut ragged compared to say the galvanized I generally use.

I picked up a ton of galvanized sheet years ago and messed with it quite a bit. Now I avoid it!
