Lead screws are an off the shelf component. You should be able to order them from anywhere that supplies them in the correct thread/pitch/leads and material. Amazon possibly, or Automation Direct, or one of the other online machine components supply companies would be the places to start.
I suspect Langmuir isn’t going to be much help outside of telling you the correct specs to look for as they’re not a parts supplier outside of their OEM parts.
McMaster Carr has lead screws that will work. You need 3/8-8 4 start acme thread. A 3’ length in 304 stainless is $74. You’ll have to do some machining to adapt it to the table.
