It depends on what part of the controller commanded the movement. If it was commanded by the main controller to move, then yes you’ll see the z axis dro update. If commanded by the THC to move then you will not see the dro update. That’s one of the quirks of the THC, when it is active the main controller doesn’t ‘see’ the commanded movement*. Since we don’t see the dro update I’m guessing it is the THC that commanded the move.
- clearly the Firecontrol GUI knows it moved, so it’s not unreasonable to think that it could update the dro. Whether or not the THC provides the amount moved or just a ‘moved up/down’ signal is only known by Langmuir.
