Software for Metal Signs

I’ve seen some discussion on using different software for creating thin sheet metal models. Is there a software that you guys recommended when designing and setting up cut paths for metal signs? Thanks

You might need to clarify your meaning of

If you are saying that you want to make 3D models and incorporate the sign like this:

Or if you are planning to make artistic signs on a flat piece of metal, the answer will be different.

The “Jungle Bar” sign, it is nice to use a program that has the “Sheet Metal” feature included. In this case I used Fusion 360.

If you are artistic then you would probably be happier with something like Inkscape and the CAM your project with SheetCAM.

Inkscape is favored by many for artsy stuff.

It’s free and easy to use.

sorry not sheetmetal bends. Just flat signs.

Fusion or Inkscape. Inkscape is free, and Fusion has a significant learning curve. You will need Fusion or SheetCAM anyway.
