I got a cross fire with a hypertherm 45xp I been having trouble with it not making a clean radius I have everything set up to the book specs but it’s still not good enough.
you cuts look pretty clean…but they do not line up the same…if they both were the same off…then it would be your drawings…but becuase the bottom one looks a little more narrow I would guess at the couplings slipping…or the gantry is binding.
first easiest is to check the couplings to make sure they are not slipping in any way
next you could pull the drive shafts out to see if your gantry is sticking or has any resistance
Yeah, motor couplers or material shifting. Maybe even too long of a pierce delay, depends on what your lead in settings are though too.
