Smaller Machine Torch with Everlast 100s?

I bought a used CrossFire Pro and it came with an Everlast 100s Plasma Cutter.
I don’t really ever plan on cutting thicker than 1/4" but I do like the option to be able to do that.
but for most cuts like signs and such I would like more detail. Is it possible to use a different lower-power torch like a 62i? If so what torch would you recommend?

Currently, I have the stock handheld torch with a 1.1mm tip.

Torch size doesn’t matter; it’s what consumables will fit on your chosen torch. @mechanic416 sells torches and is the expert on what will fit and give you the broadest choice of nozzle size.

Awesome thank you for tagging him.
From my day of googling it seems like the smallest consumable I can get for that torch is 1.0mm.
I am pretty new to all of this maybe 1.0 is good enough for cutting 22-20ga sheet metal?

Welcome to the forum. The smallest cutting tip for the 100 torch is 1.0mm/50 amps with a orifice hole of .040". Yes you could get a PTM60 torch then you could get 0.65mm/20 amp tips with a .025" orifice hole.

Thank you for the response.
Does the IPM60 torch need any modifications to work on the 100s? Or is it just plug and play?

That will all depend on were or whom you buy it from. If you get it from me it will be plug and play. Form others your on your own now. This has been covered on here lots of times as, I got my torch from ??? and it won’t fire.

I don’t buy anything except from George. Fair and fast shipping. Plus, he forgot more about plasma than anyone I know of.
He is like the Steven Hawkins of Plasma without a wheelchair and has
a ponytail.

Yes I do item #186184138580

Now keep in mind you will need all new consumables to go with it as well.

If this may be the way you want to go then it would be better to email or call me .
