The silicone funnel trick works great on the machine torch, not so much on the hand torch. A silicone pot lid from my wifes cabinet works perfect. Cut it down or not, cut a rectangle in the middle and stretch it around the torch mount. Its loose but wont come off. Flexible enough to not snag or get caught. She has one left here but you could probably find one yourself.
