Sheetcam import issues

heres the file.

Hmmm…I tried it out and didn’t get an error, but I think there’s an unconnected path on the outside shape. Might want to double check these settings and try with/without.

I’m going to take a closer look at that path…

Loaded path in Illustrator and it looks like there’s a very slight overlap in the outside path - like they don’t start and end in the same place. I moved them in the screen shot to point it out - the lines are straight, but it looks like the endpoints overlap. Maybe someone else can verify that - I’m not 100% sure…but…might want to check that in your source to make sure the line is joined together properly.

I think sheetcam may be picking up on that.

so i went back and redrew that area and now SC doesnt recognize it as an arc…

okay, so here we are again with the layers, for some reason, Mastercam keeps drawing random parts of the drawing into different layers

Finally got the files cut, THC working and leaking water table fixed.
1/4 P&O plate, 30 amps at 23ipm with my 30 air plasma.

What I’m trying to replicate are these trailing arm pivot boxes, that are cracked and beaten on from racing and having too much fun.
So the delrin bushings didn’t allow for angular twist, now the trailing arms will have a uniball anti wobble joint in them so they don’t torque on the pivots so much.

I used the silicone and a layer of flex seal tape should never leak now!!!
