Sheetcam error help

I have this error, could someone help me? I just bought the table, I am new to SheetCam.

That’s interesting. I’m going guess you are using sheetcam v8.
I’m going to guess your Windows 11 user id is not ‘vladkozh’.
And I’m pretty sure you’re not compiling sheetcam with C++, are you ?
If all of that is true, that’s a pretty clear indication that’s a bug.
@langmuir-zack can help on this one, will need to collect some error logs.

Start sheetcam again, then go to menu Help / ‘Create customer support file’ and wait for Zack to contact you.

Good catch, this looks like a bug from the original installer on 8.0, if you download the latest version 8.0.1, it will eliminate the issue. The folder is also not necessary, so you can delete it

Just a heads up. I have had trouble with Onedrive before today. So, maybe put the file on the hard drive and program, Sheetcam, on the hard drive too.

I am having the same issue also Zack , I have UN-installed and reinstalled several times

Did you delete the folder before re-installing the 8.0.1 version of SheetCAM? And then it keeps popping up even after using the 8.0.1 installer? If so, I would let SheetCAM know and message their support portal.

Yeah I deleted every thing from all the folders , I did email them with a support file for sure . I have since got sheetcam to work but it keeps throwing errors that its unable to set out side offset and such . Its strange , it was working perfectly the day before
